EYELETS & GROMMETS
Eyelets and grommets are used to reinforce holes in leather, canvas or other materials to prevent rips and tearing. They can be used for lacing together garments, quivers or footwear, or for falconry. An eyelet is generally a one peice item that when hit (or set) folds back on itself to make a smaller ring on the reverse of the material. A grommet is the same but with a second washer that gives additional strength around the hole.
